The apartments are called Edificio Cadiz, located in the Rincón de Loix.
Most of our customers are British and there are also some Dutch.
They are usually retired people over the age of fifty. In this area peace
and tranquillity abound, this has always been our goal. Moreover,
Edificio Cadiz is managed in a family way by Pepe and Manuela.
Our apartments have hot water, which is centrally heated by diesel oil, being the cheapest in the market,
and Air Conditioning. The apartments are furnished and are fitted with a complete kitchen including oven.
The building has a nice practical swimming pool for older and younger people,
it also has a car park and a smart main entrance.
